CSR / Junior Producer Hybrid

Seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Junior Producer to join a team. • New Haven Location
  :
  Base salary up to $50,000 + commissions on new business (2% of agency premium, paid one time).
• Wellington Location
  :
  Base salary up to $55,000 (absolute cap; $40,000–$50,000 preferred) + commissions on new business (2% of agency premium, paid one time).

General Responsibilities:

• Quote and manage new/renewal business.
• Work with personal lines, commercial lines, and farm accounts.
• Utilize the EPIC agency management system to streamline workflows.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service.

• Licenses/Certifications

  Active P&C license required.
• Experience
  :
  • New Haven:
    Open to candidates with less than 5 years of experience; early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Wellington:
    Prefer candidates with more tenure due to the dynamic of the team.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Familiarity with EPIC or similar agency management systems (e.g., Hawksoft) is preferred but not required.
