Senior Claims Advocate

Risk Consulting Team Member

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team s role can be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Develop and implement effective strategies in the approach to each claim and its resolution, with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Analyze each claim case in detail, identifying its particularities;
• Analyze with rigor and efficiency the documentation provided;
• Actively collaborate with all parties involved (client, insurers, experts, etc.) in order to optimize results;
• Act as a team and in close coordination with other areas of the company, ensuring an integrated and efficient approach;
• Manage a portfolio of complex claims, in all its phases, until their final resolution;
• Provide expert advice to our clients;
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all processes and documentation.

What you need to have:

• Degree preferably in Law, Management or similar;
• Relevant professional experience in claims management;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2) and Portuguese;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Autonomy, proactivity and a sense of responsibility;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Good time management and task prioritization;
• Strong sense of urgency with excellent client service orientation;
• Experience in the fields of Material Damage, Business Interruption, Liability, Cyber, D&O, among others.
