Home Insurance Claims Management Role
At this position, you will play a key role in the end-to-end management of home insurance claims. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Opening claims files received from insurance companies.
- Handling incoming calls from insurers and policyholders, providing updated information and coordinating repair processes related to assigned claims.
- Managing shared mailboxes and responding to incoming requests.
- Updating and maintaining information in our internal systems, including Sinapps and SysteMA.
- Working effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analysis, and cloud-based tools, using information responsibly, in accordance with our standards for data governance, security, and ethical data use.
What You Will Bring:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills. Key requirements include:
- Native or bilingual proficiency in French.
- Completed 12th grade.
- Strong computer skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Hours:
Portugal Time: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
