Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. • Salary

  Competitive, based on experience.

• Work Environment

  Onsite with potential for limited hybrid flexibility.

• Provide accurate quotes by inputting data into carrier websites.
• Format summaries, draft renewal letters, and update coverage details.
• Assist with claims and manage house accounts.
• Handle a book of business with premiums ranging from $200 to $12,000.
• Collaborate with producers and CSAs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a high retention rate.
• Utilize AMS 360 for account management.
• Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• Licenses
  :
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience
  :
  • 3-5 years preferred, but open to candidates with varying levels of experience.
  • Candidates with strong energy and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in AMS 360 and familiarity with top carriers such as Westfield, Auto-Owners, Hanover, Liberty Mutual/Safeco, and Progressive.
