Part Time:
We offer a flexible schedule of 2–3 days per week, including options for weekday (Monday–Friday) and weekend shifts. Shifts are typically 8:45am-5:30pm with some after hours parties and events. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must be an outgoing individual who also enjoys cleaning. As a Play Space Attendant at Little Diggers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and engaging experience for children and their families.

You'll be responsible for managing the front desk, daily cleaning responsibilities, overseeing daily operations, and assisting with various activities within the playspace.

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Provide information to customers about admission options, pricing, and rules.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process admissions and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Ensure the playspace area is clean, organized, and safe for children's play.
• Monitor and enforce safety rules and guidelines to ensure a safe play environment.
• Frequently sweep up stray sand and perform general tidying within the playspace.
• Clean and sanitize commonly touched surfaces, including front desk and restrooms.
• Assist in preparing party rooms for birthday celebrations, including setup and cleanup.
• Assist party hosts and guests during parties to ensure a smooth experience.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any maintenance issues to the management.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols in case of incidents or accidents.
• Collaborate with co-workers to ensure smooth shift transitions and optimal teamwork.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service, childcare, or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and ability to work with children and parents.
• Attention to detail and ability to enforce rules and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to multitask and handle busy periods with composure.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and engage in active play for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
