Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

💰 Base Salary: $110,000–$170,000 (Pay open & based on experience)

• ✔ Represent clients in commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, business torts, commercial leases, and property disputes
• ✔ Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and memoranda
• ✔ Conduct legal research and case strategy development
• ✔ Appear in court for hearings, trials, and proceedings
• ✔ Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
• ✔ Provide strategic legal and business guidance to clients
• ✔ Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver strong client outcomes
• Practice areas include business, real estate, contracts, and corporate matters.

• ✅ Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• ✅ Active Ohio law license (in good standing)
• ✅ Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (commercial, business, or real estate preferred)
• ✅ Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• ✅ Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
• ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
