AV Associates IVLegal | Remote | Part-Time Contractor (1099)

About AV Associates

AV Associates IVSource is a legal industry staffing and recruitment provider based in the United States, registered with the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We engage qualified remote 1099 and foreign legal assistants, paralegals, and attorneys who speak various languages, providing access to U.S. and international legal professionals.

AV Associates IVLegal connects legally underrepresented populations with accessible expertise through pro bono and subsidized consultations. We bridge critical gaps by providing remote access to qualified, multilingual legal professionals who deliver essential services in immigration, civil rights, employment law, and document preparation. Our online platform ensures individuals lacking resources can obtain timely legal support to navigate complex challenges with dignity and confidence.

Why

a Women's Advocacy Division?

Women face systemic barriers in accessing civil legal remedies. In family law, women struggle to prove abuse and secure protective order enforcement while confronting economic disadvantages in divorce proceedings. As an overrepresented group among low‑income populations, women often cannot afford legal services in housing, debt, and family matters. Our Women's Advocacy Division addresses these gaps through targeted representation in high‑impact areas including small business formation for women entrepreneurs, employment discrimination, family law for abuse survivors, housing defense, and immigration services.

Position Overview

IVLegal is seeking a Lead Associate for its Women's Advocacy Division (WAD) to establish and direct this initiative. This leadership role combines legal expertise, program management, and resource development to build sustainable advocacy services for women navigating civil legal challenges.
