You will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and strategic initiatives related to our Proprietary Database
:

• Be part of the product team and act as the first expert to test and validate the product.
• Establish processes to ensure the database is always updated, relevant, and consistent.
• Collect users’ feedback on the product and help steer product development in the right direction.
• Collaborate with data annotators and AI Engineers to define and create high‑quality validation and training datasets for our AI algorithms.
• As one of the first hires, you’ll set the tone for future colleagues—growing and scaling with the company while leading by example.
• Work closely with partners to define data acquisition priorities and relevant sources.

• Degree in Law in Germany.
• 1–3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer (preferably in civil law).
• Desire to pursue an alternative and challenging career path in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong plus: experience in Product or Program Management, or in managing legal knowledge bases.
