Receivables Manager; m​/f​/d Frankfurt

• Review and processing of rental and security deposit accounts
• Termination of tenancy agreements
• Agreement on installment payments
• Legal enforcement of claims:
  • Conducting court dunning procedures and eviction proceedings
  • Monitoring of payment claims from third parties
  • Foreclosures and evictions with and without landlord’s lien
• Filing claims in insolvency proceedings
• Conducting negotiations with debtors, lawyers and public institutions
• Completed commercial training as a legal or judicial assistant (m/f/d) or other commercial training, preferably with a focus on real estate management
• Ideally, initial professional experience in receivables management
• Knowledge of enforcement, insolvency, and civil law
• Process orientation, independence, personal responsibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team
• Confident use of MS Office and basic SAP skills are an advantage
