Location: Germany
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time or part‑time (at least 28 hours/week) receivables manager (m/f/d) who enjoys working in a team. Frankfurt | Full‑time | Permanent
- Review and processing of rental and security deposit accounts
- Termination of tenancy agreements
- Agreement on installment payments
- Legal enforcement of claims:
- Conducting court dunning procedures and eviction proceedings
- Monitoring of payment claims from third parties
- Foreclosures and evictions with and without landlord’s lien
- Filing claims in insolvency proceedings
- Conducting negotiations with debtors, lawyers and public institutions
- Completed commercial training as a legal or judicial assistant (m/f/d) or other commercial training, preferably with a focus on real estate management
- Ideally, initial professional experience in receivables management
- Knowledge of enforcement, insolvency, and civil law
- Process orientation, independence, personal responsibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team
- Confident use of MS Office and basic SAP skills are an advantage
