What You’ll Do:

✔ Represent clients in commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, business torts, commercial leases, and property disputes

✔ Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and memoranda

✔ Conduct legal research and case strategy development

✔ Appear in court for hearings, trials, and proceedings

✔ Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes

✔ Provide strategic legal and business guidance to clients

✔ Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver strong client outcomes

Practice areas include business, real estate, contracts, and corporate matters.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

✅ Active Ohio law license (in good standing)

✅ Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (commercial, business, or real estate preferred)

✅ Courtroom experience

✅ Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred:

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience

• Experience with breach of contract, business torts, construction, or real estate disputes
