• Participation in and handling of opposition and nullity proceedings
• Drafting and filing of patent applications in Germany and internationally
• Involvement in patent infringement proceedings as part of a team together with our attorneys-at-law
• Participation in freedom-to-operate analyses

• You have a university degree in biology, biotechnology or a related field
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in various technology areas, e.g. biotherapeutics, green biotech, antibodies, gene therapy, and stem cells
• You are a registered representative before the EPO
• You have experience in drafting oppositions and patent applications as well as in handling opposition and grant proceedings before the EPO
• You have experience in preparing FTO and validity opinions
• You set the highest standards for the quality of your work
• You are able to quickly grasp even complex technical and legal issues
• You have excellent communication skills in English
