Legal Specialist

Devs is in search of a Legal Specialist to strengthen our growing legal team. In this position, you will be responsible for handling legal correspondence, ensuring compliance with German tax laws, and maintaining key corporate records. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with external consultants, reviewing and drafting legal agreements, and supporting the legal integrity of our international operations.

• Engage in both written and verbal communication with tax advisors from Germany and Austria, as well as other external partners.
• Examine, validate, and provide input on legal documents.
• Stay up to date with legislative developments in Germany, particularly those related to taxation.
• Prepare, evaluate, and refine various types of contracts and agreements.
• Providing relevant legal documents and company/UBO-related information to requesting parties, including authorities, upon request.
• Regularly update corporate and personal documentation for companies and UBOs every quarter.
• Complete and review compliance forms (e.g., KYC, SOW) for corporate and UBO-related matters.
• Coordinate and manage the signing process for various legal documents.

• Languages:
  
  proficiency in English and German at B2+, with near-native fluency in Russian.
• Experience:
  
  a minimum of three years in legal practice, preferably within an international company or law firm.
• Education:
  
  a degree in Law or a closely related discipline.
