Job Description

Position: Mandatory internship in the Legal, Governance & Compliance department

Duration: Winter semester 2026 – fixed term of 3–6 months

Location: Waldkirch (near Freiburg)

• Support the Legal, Governance & Compliance team in matters related to compliance and corporate law
• Contribute to the further development of the Compliance Management System
• Draft, review, and revise internal policies, processes, and documentation
• Support national and international compliance investigations
• Assist with corporate law matters as well as M&A projects
• Conduct legal research and prepare presentations and decision‑making documents
• Take on administrative and coordination tasks in day‑to‑day operations

• Degree in Business Law or a comparable field of study
• Confident use of standard MS Office applications
• Good command of English, written and spoken
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Independent, structured, and diligent working style
• High level of responsibility and discretion
• Quick comprehension and interest in legal and economic contexts
• Flexibility and commitment complete your profile
