Supply Chain Analyst Europe

• Collect, interpret, and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales insights.

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize overstock or shortages.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely replenishment and inventory accuracy.

• Evaluate supplier performance using key metrics such as delivery timelines, quality, and cost.
• Support vendor negotiations and help maintain strong supplier relationships.

• Analyze transportation routes, shipping costs, and warehouse operations to improve efficiency.
• Recommend and implement logistics strategies to reduce lead time and costs.

• Identify bottlenecks within the supply chain and suggest process enhancements using Lean or Six Sigma principles.
• Support automation initiatives and ERP/SAP system enhancements.

• Prepare and present supply chain performance reports (KPI dashboards, cost analysis, etc.) for management.
• Ensure accurate documentation and real-time visibility across supply chain processes.

• Work closely with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to align supply chain operations with company objectives.
• Support new product launches by ensuring supply chain readiness.

• Assess potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, import/export regulations, and safety standards.

• Use advanced tools like Excel, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems for data analysis and reporting.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain department.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance overall supply chain performance.
