Warehouse Associate

This job offers hands‑on experience working directly with company leadership and exposure to real‑world startup operations.

You’ll be involved in the day‑to‑day operations of a growing consumer brand and develop practical skills in:

• E‑commerce fulfillment and logistics
• Inventory management and forecasting
• Retail and wholesale operations
• Customer service and customer experience
• Supply chain and shipping processes
• Startup growth and business operations

As the warehouse associate, you’ll help keep the business running smoothly by:

• Packing and preparing customer orders for shipment
• Ensuring orders are shipped accurately and on time
• Receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory shipments
• Maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
• Assisting with quality control and process improvements
• Supporting customer service and order resolution when needed

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Interested in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or marketing
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts

You’ll work directly alongside the leadership team of a rapidly growing national consumer brand, gaining real‑world experience that strengthens your résumé and develops valuable business skills.
