TM**, serving cutting‐edge markets including aerospace & defense, transportation, consumer electronics, semiconductors, and industrial  this role, you’ll sit at the heart of decision‐making—connecting customer demand and market signal with operations, commercial planning, and supply planning on a global scale.

As a
** Demand Planner**, you will own and shape the short-, mid- and long-term consensus demand plan (volume & revenue), ensuring the latest and reliable demand signal being reflected and translated that drives operational excellence and business decisions across EMEA and globally. You’ll work closely with
** Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Planning**, influencing outcomes and continuously improving forecast accuracy and bias.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead the
** EMEA demand planning agenda**, acting as the key interface between Commercial, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Finance
* Facilitate the monthly regional revenue outlook generation process providing demand assumptions (volume, revenue, cycle-o-cycle changes)
* Translate market insights into clear demand assumptions for
** short‐, mid‐, and long‐term planning
*** Maintain detailed
** SKU‐ and customer‐level demand plans
** using planning tools (e.g. OMP, APO, Excel)
* Ensure demand signals are accurately communicated to manufacturing sites and operations teams
* Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and demand trends; identify root causes and drive corrective actions
* Support
** IBP / S&OP processes**, including Global Demand Reviews and pre‐meetings, partner with global peers and Demand Planning Leader
* Prepare
** clear, executive‐level summaries
** and confidently present to regional and global leaders
* Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes, data quality, and outputs

Key requirements:

* Proven hands‐on experience in
** Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Commercial Planning, and/or IBP / S&OP
** process* Strong
** analytical and problem‐solving skills**, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable plans
* Advanced proficiency in
** Excel
* * or data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) is required
* ** Fluent English** (written and spoken)
* ** Fluency in the local language**, depending on location:
* ** German
* * if the role is based in Germany
* ** Dutch or French
** if the role is based in Belgium
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a
** global, cross‐functional environment
*** High learning agility and openness to new systems and methodologies
* Experience working with
** large and complex data sets
** is desirable
* Exposure to advanced planning tools (OMP, SAP APO, or similar) is desirable
* Experience in industrial, aerospace, or automotive sectors is desirable#LI-DK1
