As Team Lead Procurement & Logistics, you will shape and scale our procurement and logistics function. By driving efficient processes, building strategic supplier partnerships, and establishing robust governance frameworks, you will ensure material availability, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Mission- Build, lead, and further develop the Procurement & Logistics function across strategic procurement, operational procurement, and logistics
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end procurement and logistics processes, standards, and governance structures
- Define sourcing strategies, category structures, and supplier management approaches
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and establish strategic partnerships
- Ensure efficient purchasing operations, material availability, and scalable logistics processes, including warehousing and distribution
- Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and performance improvement initiatives based on relevant KPIs
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics, including initial leadership responsibility
- Strong expertise in strategic and operational procurement, supplier management, and logistics processes
- Experience in designing and implementing processes, governance structures, workflows, and KPIs
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with procurement systems and process-driven ways of working
- Hands‑on mindset with excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Required language skills:
German – C1, English – B2
