Traffic Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routing, shipping and tracking of materials and products.
• Act as the primary point of contact for outbound product loads and pick‑ups.
• Ensure shuttle schedules are correctly aligned to production schedules.
• Coordinate loading of outbound shipments and shuttles, making sure all documentation and tracking are properly completed.
• Create pick lists for outbound loads.
• Continuously communicate with internal and external parties (Logistics, Customer Service, Production, drivers/carriers, and customers) to keep all well‑informed.
• Coordinate shipments of raw materials, parts and products between production areas and warehouses.
• Grow knowledge and skills through a wide variety of training and on‑the‑job experiences.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Computer navigation and data entry skills, with experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid communication skills, both in speaking and writing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing multiple items at the same time.
