* Team Lead is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping and other various duties as assigned to ensure efficient operation of distribution center.  Team Lead directs and trains employees to ensure efficient, safe and accurate operating procedures. Team Lead assigns work, provides guidance, audits, solves complex problems and ensures adherence to safety standards.  
** We have 2 shifts available:*
* ** 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm or 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday

** How you create impact*
* + Verify, receive, and record inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring paperwork accuracy, proper counts, and timely system updates.

+ Oversee unloading, inventory integrity, product rotation, and assist with physical inventory counts.

+ Assign and monitor daily work, maintain clean workstations, and ensure supplies and schedules are properly managed.

+ Promote safety by adhering to OSHA, MSDS, and company standards while operating MHE as needed.

+ Provide team guidance, training, and issue resolution while maintaining strong communication and accurate reporting

** What we would like you to bring*
* + Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment - 2-3 years experience desired.

+ 1-2 years in a Leadership role with direct reports.

** Skills and/or

Experience:

* + Must be detail oriented, thorough and accurate.

+ Ability to efficiently solve problems

+ Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision

+ Ability to provide training to less experienced Material Handlers and Warehouse Associates

+ Ability to perform tasks through computer operating systems.

+ Experienced driving power-operated equipment.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
