Terminal Operations Center (TOC) is part of Circle K Global Fuels Terminal, which is responsible for the operations and maintenance of all Circle K operated Terminals globally – in Scandinavia, Baltics, Ireland, and USA.
Circle K Terminal Latvia in Riga is looking for a professional who will join our Terminal Operations Center as:
Terminal Operations Coordinator

The Role
In this role, you would gain knowledge and skills to work with fuel supply chain and terminal technical and administrative systems.
What You'll Do
- Monitor terminal safety - alarms, security, and access controls;
- Organize and support operational tasks – ship and railway import procedures, cross-country deliveries, driver support;
- Support terminal operations in internal and external (national) systems;
- Ensure safety and quality control in daily operations;
- Ensure effective communication with other departments, stakeholders, and customers;
- Support development and automatization of different systems and markets.
What You'll Need
- Preferably has higher education (can be in the process of acquiring) or experience in a similar role;
- Fluency in Latvian and English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and USA;
- Willingness to work on a 24/7 schedule – day, night, and weekend shifts;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with various systems;
- Team player mindset with analytical thinking skills and a hands-on approach;
- Detail oriented and self-driven personality.
