• You coordinate the timely preparation of all relevant shipping and export documentation.
  Reviewing and applying export control regulations (AWV/EAR/ITAR) is second nature to you
• For export and import shipments, you ensure smooth customs clearance and make sure that all customs and foreign trade requirements are met by means of ATLAS export declarations in accordance with the Union Customs Code (UCC)
• You are responsible for arranging shipments with freight forwarders and courier services, always keeping costs and efficiency in mind
• You contribute to continuous process improvements and cross-functional projects

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk and/or industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification, forms the basis of your profile
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role within an internationally operating company, preferably in plant engineering or mechanical engineering, set you apart
• Knowledge of customs procedures and export processing is one of your strengths
• Additional training as an export control officer would be an advantage; alternatively, you are open to completing such training
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems comes naturally to you
• Strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken, enable you to communicate effectively in an international environment
• A high level of resilience and flexibility allows you to perform well, particularly during periods of high order volume or short-notice customer demands
• An independent and reliable working style, combined with a confident and persuasive manner and a willingness to embrace new challenges, completes your profile
