We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Response Specialist (m/f/d) for one of our locations in Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France) for a fix-term contract (12 months).

Your Mission
  • Drive short-term supply chain response by balancing supply and demand, managing allocation and prioritization decisions, and ensuring business continuity during supply constraints and crisis situations.
  • Lead cross-functional decision-making by translating supply constraints into business impacts, preparing recommendation scenarios, and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve the best business outcomes.
  • Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of Supply Chain Response processes, including allocation, prioritization, inventory blocking, return management, and S&OE governance.
  • Act as the key expert for Response & Supply planning tools and processes by maintaining planning data quality, supporting end users, and enabling reliable end-to-end planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading projects, implementing process and organizational changes, defining new tools and metrics, and incorporating stakeholder feedback into future improvements.
  • Serve as a functional leader within the team by coaching colleagues, establishing best practices, fostering capability development, and promoting a strong culture of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE).
Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Production Planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, logical approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a customer-oriented mindset and a collaborative way of working.
  • Fluent in English;
    German or French is considered a strong advantage.
