Data Center Team Lead – Kitting – E Shift (TH-SU 6:00 PM‑4:30 AM), Full Time, Division:
Solutions.

Responsible for maintaining effective material orders, customer service, inventory management, and various customer material movement requests. Lead the assembly and installation of servers and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound and outbound freight to/from vehicles and containers, including management of shipping documents and records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight—verify part numbers, quantities, and ensure pristine condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor with laser measuring devices for 100% accuracy.
• Populate electronic components, install cabling into server racks following provided diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Perform and oversee cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards.
• Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday.

• 3–5 years of related experience in a data center or warehouse environment.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static‑discharge protocols.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with live electrical and electronic equipment safely.

• Must be able to perform all essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass all required background checks, clearances, and drug & alcohol tests.

Expected base pay range: $27 per hour (actual compensation based on job‑related factors and geographic location).
