Responsibilities
- Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
- Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
- Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
- Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
- Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
- Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building with team members and other departments.
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.
- Strong decision‑making skills.
