Position: Data Center Team Lead – Kitting B Shift (Mon‑Fri, 2:00‑10:30 PM)

Location: USA – Lockbourne, 225 Rathmell Rd

Time Type: Full Time

Division: Solutions

• Provide and maintain effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management.
• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight, including shipping documents and records.
• Perform quality checks on freight, verifying accurate part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor with 100 % accuracy using laser measuring devices.
• Populate electronic components, install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware with hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment (straddle stackers, rack movers, electric pallet jacks).
• Perform cleanup activities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards.
• Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday.

• Effective delegation and coaching skills.

• 3‑5 years of related experience in data center or warehouse operations.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Critical thinking and strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge protocols.
• Capability to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass federal/state/local background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests.

Base Pay: $27.00 per hour (actual compensation adjusted for experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and applicable laws).
