Al-Ghazi Tractors Ltd. (AGTL), a subsidiary of the Al-Futtaim Group and sole manufacturer of New Holland tractors in Pakistan, is looking for a passionate professional to join our team.

We are seeking a Manager Strategic Buyer (Casting) to lead our procurement and supply chain efforts.

Reporting to: Senior Manager Trade Purchasing

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for casting parts while ensuring cost, quality, and timely availability.
• Build and manage supplier relationships through vendor development, negotiations, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Drive cost optimization, mitigate supply chain risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations.

• Strong negotiation & supplier management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP, Excel & Power BI.
• Excellent communication, collaboration & problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic sourcing and supplier management expertise.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  8–10 years of procurement experience in the manufacturing or automotive/tractor industry.
