About The Team

You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Report to the station manager and station supervisor, be responsible for on-site operational coordination during a shift, and assist drivers in unloading and sorting goods upon their arrival at the station.

Master the delivery process and monitor the efficiency and quality of driver delivery.

Be responsible for the daily training and implementation of the driver business system and SOPs, ensuring that all employees are familiar with and grasp the system.

Collaborate with the customer service team, handle customer inquiries via phone, and monitor the delivery experience guarantee.
