TD Synnex is seeking a Logistics Lead to drive efficient, tech-enabled logistics operations within our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement team. Based in our innovative San Francisco environment, you will oversee transportation planning, carrier coordination, and fulfillment to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries. You'll leverage TMS/WMS tools and data insights to optimize routes, manage 3PL relationships, and improve KPIs. Collaborating across teams, you'll implement process improvements, support new technology solutions, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation planning
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Optimize carrier selection, routing, and load consolidation to reduce cost and improve service
- Monitor KPIs (OTIF, freight cost, transit time) and develop action plans for continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with 3
- PLs, carriers, and vendors, resolving service and capacity issues
- Use TMS/WMS and data analytics to forecast demand and balance capacity
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements across all logistics activities
- Support implementation of new logistics technologies and process enhancements
- Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation for logistics processes
- Train and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and a culture of innovation
