Description
POSITION SUMMARYLeads the Inventory department, overseeing inventory accuracy, ERP data integrity, and material flow to support manufacturing production schedules and customer commitments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and develop the inventory team including Inventory Control Specialists, ERP Specialist, and BOM Coordinator
- Establish and monitor inventory accuracy KPIs; drive root cause correction for discrepancies
- Oversee cycle count program and annual physical inventory
- Partner with Planning, Procurement, and Production on material availability issues
- Lead inventory reduction and working capital improvement initiatives
- Ensure ERP system inventory data integrity
- Develop and maintain inventory policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years inventory management experience in manufacturing
- ERP system expertise
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- APICS CPIM certification
- Experience with ERP implementation or optimization
- Lean inventory management experience
Office and warehouse/manufacturing floor environment.
