Janitor​/Building Technician

Oy-Mittelberg | weekly working hours: 40 hours | permanent

• Support the conversion, repair and maintenance of our outdoor facilities, buildings, office equipment and building technology.
• Ensure safety, order and cleanliness in our buildings and gardens.
• Take care of the seating in our seminar rooms and provide support at events.
• Help our incoming goods team with loading and unloading and with journeys between our main building Naturparadies 1 and our logistics department (Gewerbepark 18).
• Assist with winter maintenance.
• Maintain and water our gardens.

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable experience as a janitor, building technician.
• Basic knowledge of house and building technology.
• Class BE driving license, ideally C1E.
• Motivated to continue training in forklift trucks, electrically instructed persons and testing safety-relevant systems.
• Good command of written and spoken German.
