Coreworks is hiring immediately for a part time FLOOR TECHNICIAN position at Adena Greenfield Medical Center, 550 Mirabeau Street, Greenfield, OH 45123. Online applications are accepted only.

Part time. Days and hours may vary, including evenings.

$15.00 per hour to $16.00 per hour.

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
