Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking a full‑time, entry‑level Property Maintenance Technician to work across the Bristol, Madison, and Devonshire West properties. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining residential units to deliver excellent resident service.

• At least 1 year of property maintenance or similar experience
• Passion for delivering the utmost customer service
• Ability to complete service requests in a timely manner
• Experience performing repair and maintenance services
• Skill in maintaining curb appeal and optimizing the life and value of the physical asset
