Location: Germany
Das Team der Hausinspektion übernimmt täglich neue Aufgaben zur Instandhaltung der Infrastruktur und Gebäudetechnik am Uniklinikum Erlangen. Mit Unterstützung eines modernen Ticketsystems werden durch das technische Personal Reparaturen, Wartungen, Installationen, wiederkehrende Prüfungen und hygienische Maßnahmen durchgeführt. Ferner ist das Team bei Baumaßnahmen und Sanierungen im laufenden Klinikumsbetrieb tätig. Gelegentliche Rufdiensttätigkeit im Winterdienst, wiederkehrende Pflege des Klinikumgeländes und deren optimaler Erhalt sind ein weiterer Teil der vielfältigen Aufgaben in der Hausinspektion.
- Allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten
- Durchführen von Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Betreuung eines vielseitigen Aufgaben bereiches
- Prüfung von Brandschutztüren und Sicherheitsmechanismen
- Pflege und Instandhaltung von Außenanlagen
- Winterdienst in Rufbereitschaft
