Maintenance Assistant
Altercare Hartville is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support grounds maintenance, community, and equipment. This position offers a part‑time schedule, but may occasionally require evening or weekend work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with grounds maintenance, community and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive and follow maintenance instructions from supervisor.
- Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the community and equipment including plumbing; plastering; electrical; carpentry; mechanical; floor care; painting; installation, etc.
- Replace light bulbs, fluorescent lights, call lights, etc.
