Clean Team Inc. is hiring a dependable Part-Time Commercial Cleaner for an office facility in the Toledo/Holland area.

This position offers a consistent Monday-through-Friday evening schedule from 9:00 PM to 11:30 PM, providing approximately 12.5 hours of work each week. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady part-time evening work, additional income, or a schedule that can fit around another job or daytime responsibilities.

We are looking to fill this position quickly. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while following an established cleaning schedule

As a Commercial Cleaner with Clean Team, your responsibilities may include:

• Dusting desks, furniture, shelves, and other surfaces
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning breakrooms and common areas
• Cleaning offices, hallways, entrances, and other assigned areas
• Restocking paper products, soap, and other supplies as needed
• Following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Properly using and storing cleaning products and equipment
• Reporting low supplies, maintenance concerns, or facility issues to your supervisor
• Completing all assigned cleaning responsibilities within the scheduled shift
• Representing Clean Team professionally while working at the customer location

Candidates should:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Be dependable and arrive to work on time
• Be able to work independently
• Pay close attention to detail
• Be able to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures
• Have commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
