You will manage day-to-day maintenance, supervise the on-site team, schedule preventive maintenance, oversee vendor bids, and ensure safety and quality across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool areas.
Qualifications include a High School diploma and at least 3 years of property maintenance experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Word/Excel.
