Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet at client locations across our network. This role involves operating floor machines, sweeping, vacuuming, debris cleanup, and basic restrooms cleaning under limited supervision.
The position requires weekend availability, reliable transportation, and a 35-hour/week schedule (Sunday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.).
