Ram Clean is looking for a reliable and motivated Team Lead Cleaner to join our growing team.

Location
Batavia, OH 45103
Schedule:
Monday To Friday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm.
This position requires working every other Saturday, with the preceding Friday provided as a day off
What You’ll Do
As a Team Lead Cleaner / Day Porter, you’ll help keep our client’s facility clean, safe, and welcoming while supporting daily operations and helping lead the team on-site.
Your daily tasks may include:
- Keeping common areas clean and organized
- Cleaning offices, hallways, entrances, and restrooms
- Sanitizing desks, tables, counters, and high-touch surfaces
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Restocking cleaning and restroom supplies
- Helping support team members and maintaining quality standards
- Dependable and hardworking individuals
- Reliable transportation
- Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
- Starting at $18/hour
- Higher pay available for experience with:
- Floor stripping & waxing
- Carpet cleaning
- Additional pay incentives for bilingual candidates
