The Board of Fulton County Commissioners is accepting applicants for a Substitute position at the Fulton County Senior Center. This is an on-call, as-needed role that supports daily operations across meal programs and ensures continuity of essential services.
Starting wage: $15 per hour

• Meal Delivery Support
• Assist with packaging meals, including portioning and preparing items for transport.
• Deliver meals on assigned routes in a timely, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Return donations, delivery records, and materials to the Senior Center upon route completion.
• Perform other delivery-related duties as assigned.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, approximately 9:30 AM until route completion (about 3-4 hours per day).
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal service.
• Maintain proper food-service sanitation by following all safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures.
• Report client concerns or unusual circumstances encountered during meal service.
• Support dishwashing, cleaning, and general kitchen/dining area upkeep.
• Perform additional kitchen-related duties as needed.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with senior citizens preferred.
• Ability to lift up to sixty (60) pounds.
• Must maintain valid Ohio driver's license and proof of required auto insurance.
• Must meet requirements in OAC 173-3-06.6(B) (3)
• Must pass background check per OAC 173-9-01.
