Honda Development & Manufacturing of America is seeking a Technical Equipment Service Coordinator in Russells Point, OH. You will coordinate plant maintenance operations, manage equipment service technicians, and optimize Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) within Maximo CMMS.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate total maintenance activities, directing equipment service technicians and shift team leaders.
- Analyze equipment downtime data in Maximo CMMS to calculate MTBF and MTTR and identify failure frequencies.
- Ascertain hidden machinery failures and engineer root cause countermeasures to prevent line stoppages.
- Perform critical equipment analyses (PPA) and repair-versus-replace financial assessments.
- Develop, audit, and improve preventative and predictive maintenance job plans.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
- 2-8 years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (IBM Maximo CMMS).
- Practical understanding of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles.
- Ability to work in automated manufacturing production environments with overtime flexibility.
