- Maintain clean and comfortable living spaces by cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Create a welcoming environment by keeping dining rooms, hallways, and shared spaces clean and organized.
- Perform detailed cleaning of resident rooms between admissions and discharges.
- Follow cleaning and safety procedures to maintain infection prevention and sanitation standards.
- Maintain supplies and equipment, assisting with inventory, storage, and organization.
- Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and team members.
- Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
- Complete required documentation and follow established policies and procedures.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous housekeeping or long-term care experience
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn required procedures and software.
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in supporting older adults.
