About the Position

Clean Team, Inc. is urgently hiring a dependable and safety-conscious Part-Time Day Shift Industrial Cleaner to work inside an industrial mill facility in Delta, Ohio.

This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule and approximately 25 hours of work per week.

Unlike a traditional office cleaning position, this opportunity involves working in an active industrial mill environment where employees must follow site‑specific safety requirements, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and regularly travel up and down stairs while completing assigned cleaning duties.

We are seeking someone who is comfortable working in an industrial setting, takes safety seriously, and can perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the scheduled shift.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while following established cleaning and facility procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Perform assigned janitorial and cleaning duties inside an industrial mill.

Sweep, mop, and clean designated floors and work areas.

Remove trash and replace liners.

Clean and sanitize assigned restrooms and employee areas.

Maintain designated breakrooms and common spaces.

Dust and wipe down accessible surfaces and fixtures.

Travel up and down stairs to reach assigned cleaning locations.

Use required personal protective equipment while working in the mill.

Follow all facility‑specific safety rules and cleaning procedures.

Properly use cleaning supplies and equipment.

Report unsafe conditions, maintenance concerns, or equipment problems.

Complete assigned cleaning responsibilities during the scheduled shift.

Qualifications

Availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Ability to work safely in an active industrial mill environment.

Ability to regularly climb and descend stairs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties.

Willingness and ability to wear required PPE.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to follow written and verbal safety instructions.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Reliable transportation to the Delta, Ohio work location.

Previous industrial cleaning, commercial janitorial, factory cleaning, custodial, or manufacturing facility experience is helpful but not required.
