Ab sofort suchen wir an unserer Produktionsstätte in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm eine/n

• Leitung einer Gruppe von bis zu 12 internen und externen Mitarbeitern
• Planung und Überwachung von abteilungsübergreifenden Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsprojekten von computergestützten, analytischen Instrumenten und labornahen Softwareanwendungen gemäß aktueller GMP-Regularien
• Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft und Qualität analytischer Instrumente und Software über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg
• Koordination und aktives Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen den relevanten Bereichen – von Entwicklungsabteilungen über IT bis hin zum Qualitätsmanagement
• Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung innovativer Digitalisierungsstrategien zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium (z.B. Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie, Ingenieurswissenschaften)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Gerätequalifizierung und Computersystemvalidierung (CSV) idealerweise im pharmazeutischen GMP-Umfeld (mind. 3 Jahre)
• Führungserfahrung sowie Kompetenzen im Aufbau effektiver, bereichsübergreifender Kooperationen
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie eine hohe Affinität zu modernen Technologien und IT-Systemen
• Ausgeprägtes GMP- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache

• Organisatorisches Geschick und ausgeprägte Entscheidungs- und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
