We’re looking for a Safety Manager who’s ready to lead from the field — not just enforce policies, but help create a culture where safety is embedded in everything we do. - Investigate incidents and near-misses
, lead root cause analysis, and follow through with corrective actions that make a real, lasting difference - Mentor junior safety staff
, providing guidance, feedback, and support to build the next generation of safety leaders - Represent the safety team
