• Organization and supervision of the entire warehouse operation
• Control and monitoring of goods flow (goods receipt and dispatch, picking, packing, shipping)
• Technical and disciplinary leadership and motivation of warehouse staff
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and quality regulations
• Conducting inventory checks and planning and execution of stocktakes
• Analysis and continuous optimization of warehouse processes and structures
• Close cooperation with related departments such as Purchasing, Production, and Shipping
• Handling and resolution of complaints and transport damage
• Preparation of analyses and reports for logistics management
• Administration and coordination of the internal vehicle fleet

• Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in warehousing, ideally in a supervisory or coordinating role
• Proven experience in managing and leading staff
• Confident use of warehouse management systems and ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Valid forklift license
• Strong team and communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
