Director of Operations – Northeast Ohio

A leading fast food restaurant group is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee multiple restaurant locations across Northeast Ohio. • Minimum 5 years of multi-unit experience in fast food/quick-service restaurants
• Demonstrated success in leading Area Supervisors or multi-site teams
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing P&Ls and improving profitability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to travel frequently between store locations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience with systems such as eRestaurant, RDM, KVS, LMS, or People Tools
• Serv Safe Manager Certification

• Lead and mentor Area Supervisors and General Managers, building strong leadership pipelines
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and consistent excellence
• Analyze financials, oversee P&L results, and drive profitability across multiple locations
• Ensure all restaurants deliver exceptional hospitality, quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Conduct operational reviews, monitor compliance, and address performance gaps
• Champion a people‑first culture focused on employee engagement, training, and career advancement
• Represent the brand within local communities and support community engagement initiatives
