Overview
Banyan Living is actively seeking an Experienced Property Manager to lead operations across our multifamily luxury and conventional apartment communities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in property management, a passion for exceptional resident service, and proven leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing property value, maintaining high resident satisfaction, and overseeing daily property operations.

- Maximize property value and maintain high resident satisfaction through effective property operations and service delivery.
- Oversee daily property operations across multifamily luxury and conventional communities.
- 3 years of property management experience in multifamily residential properties
- Proven success managing properties with 150+ units (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent knowledge of Fair Housing laws, lease administration, and property management best practices
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi Voyager
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor NOI, and drive occupancy and resident retention
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing luxury or Class A/B+ multifamily housing is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM are an advantage
