Job Description

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager to help lead that journey by driving key projects that bring innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement to life across our operations. In this role, you’ll lead cross‑functional projects from start to finish—ranging from product launches and new equipment installations to cost‑saving efforts and process improvements.

You’ll play a vital role in helping teams work together, stay aligned, and deliver measurable results, all while keeping safety, quality, and PBE’s mission at the center.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects across departments, ensuring they’re completed on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Lead planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and team coordination from concept through completion
  • Champion our stage gate process, ensuring clear milestones and structured execution
  • Support initiatives focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and strategic growth
  • Work closely with departments including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align resources and resolve challenges
  • Provide coaching and leadership to individuals and project teams, helping others build project management skills
  • Drive change management efforts to support the successful rollout of new systems or processes
  • Maintain clear documentation, regular communication, and stakeholder updates throughout each project
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management and change management principles
  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross‑functional leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems and formal project tools a plus
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or stage gate methodology preferred
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus
