Job Title

Under the authority of the Operations Director, you will manage the files from the program acquisition to the operations completion up to delivery:

You analyze the client's operational constraints and site specifics to develop with external architects and engineering firms the different phases APS, APD, DCE, ACT, AO, VISA, DET, AOR, and GPA;

You ensure the technical and financial development of the entrusted projects, you carry out the estimates, you write the written pieces, you supervise and control the production of the graphic pieces of the projects entrusted to you;

You manage the calls for tenders, develop the market dossiers, and supervise the DET of your operations;

You ensure at each stage the budgetary and regulatory control of the files;

Knowledge of working in a BIM environment is a plus to integrate these processes into your daily work;

Your experience on site and your knowledge of Public Receiving Establishments allow you to identify and anticipate the difficulties specific to each operation, and to define the planning envelope of studies and works;

You supervise and train the project engineers assigned to your operations. You control and plan their workload;

You carry out an analytical management of the profitability of your affairs and control the production advances.
