Warehouse Supervisor

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the shipment, receipt and distribution of goods.

What a typical day looks like:

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Monitors volume of business and defines appropriate work schedule.
• Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.
• Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment.
• Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar position.
• Experience in materials management.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Experience in reception area, assortment of material.
• Knowledge and use of Excel.
• Experience in using Baan, SAP or similar.
• Personnel Management
• Flexible schedule availability
• Knowledge in all areas of the warehouse
• Intermediate English is a plus
